A UNICEF team comprising Zakari Adam (CFO, UP), Gopal Mitra (Global Lead on Disability and Development in Programme Group, New York) and Ritwik Patra (Education Specialist, UP) visited an Anganwadi Centre in Sumerpur, Gonda, to see the implementation of disability inclusive pre-school education and understand the challenges Anganwadi Workers have to deal with on a daily basis.
The team were happy following the positive interaction with the students there.
