1. Donations Are Non-Refundable All donations made to Vikramshila Education Resource Society are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We encourage donors to carefully consider their decision before completing their donation.

- Upon successful completion of your donation, you will receive a donation receipt at the email address provided during the donation process.
- Vikramshila is a registered non-governmental organization eligible to provide an 80G tax exemption certificate. Donors will receive this certificate along with their donation receipt, which can be used for applicable tax benefits under Indian tax laws.
3. Errors in Donation In case of an error in the donation amount or duplicate transactions, please contact us at info@vikramshila.org within 24 hours of the transaction. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and assist as per our internal policies. However, we do not guarantee a refund or cancellation in such cases.
