The Taratala Nabadisha Centre, one of our community learning centres in Kolkata, celebrated Children’s Day belatedly on November 22. Sponsored by Vesuvius India Limited, the programme included children presenting their singing and dance skills. They also put up a play. The general manager of Vesuvius’s Kolkata unit, Surojit Dasgupta, attended the programme. The day also witnessed the official launch of digital learning at the centre, where Geneo, a learning app has been being used on an experimental basis since November 2022.
