The Loom Supervisor is a job role in the carpet weaving department. The tasks of a Loom Supervisor – Knotted Carpet include supervising loom production of knotted carpets as per specified quality and productivity level. They also ensure productivity level as per prescribed timelines. They have to supervise the performance of the weavers’ team. It is important that the supervisor maintains the safety and security of the workplace and ensure that all organisations policies are compiled with.
