A two-day training workshop for nodal teachers was held in three batches from October 22 to 25, 2024, at Hotel Dayal
Paradise in Lucknow. Organized by Samagra Shiksha–Madhyamik, Uttar Pradesh, in collaboration with UNICEF, the workshop brought together 160 master trainers representing 75 districts. This initiative, part of Phase II of the Career Guidance Program for government secondary schools across UP included inspiring talks from Assistant Director Smt. Pratima Singh, Shri Ravi Raj Dayal from UNICEF, and experts from Vikramshila Education Resource Society and iDream Education.
